Should a patient have any complaints related to the practice then they should present these to the clinician responsible or if they prefer they can contact the other partner within the practice.
An issue can be raised verbally or in writing. Some issues can be addressed via our Survey Page.
We will reply to any problems raised within two weeks or sooner if appropriate.
If we feel we cannot address the problem directly we will ask another dental professional to give an opinion (usually a consultant)
Our complaints policy forms part of the policies and protocols of the practice.
