    Private fee scale.

Denplan:
Patients pay a monthly fee to Denplan. Denplan then covers the costs of all your dental treatment normally undertaken by us with the exception of the component for the laboratory fees of technicians.

Treatment that involves all routine care such as examinations, polishes, fillings etc remains free irrespective of the amount of treatment required or the number of visits required.

Denplan fees start from around £15 per month and you have to be dentally fit to start the scheme. The actual monthly fee is dependent on how good your teeth are at the start, how many fillings or crowns you have and how well you look after your teeth.

Most of our patients seem to be paying around £23 to £25 a month.

Over the longterm, the costs will probably average out to the same level that you would pay overall but at no point will you suddenly get a sudden surprise at where prices have got to these days.

Denplan operates nationwide and will even help you out when abroad on holiday if you develop a dental problem. You remain a patient of our practice but if you are miles from home and need emergency treatment, they will also locate a Denplan registered practitioner locally to help you out.
